Junior PHP Developer (Codeigniter & Laravel)

Requirements

  • Skills: PHP, Codeigniter, Laravel, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, MySQL
  • Able to write code for Angular 4+ framework is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and deploy web applications using PHP, Codeigniter, and Laravel.
  • Design, implement, and test UI working with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Create, administer, and optimize MySQL databases.
  • Integrate third-party APIs and services as required.
  • Use Git to support efficient software development workflows.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing applications in Codeigniter and Laravel.
  • Collaborate with team members to implement new features and improve system performance.
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation when necessary.

Goals

Provide weekly updates while gaining hands-on experience with Envato products, enhancing collaboration skills, and receiving code reviews from a senior developer. Progress toward independently building innovative products.

Payment

45,000 BDT for the 3 months contract period starting September 1, 2026
